Today I’m a working mom of two (plus two dogs and a cat), and coffee isn’t optional — it’s what helps me push through the day.

I created this brand because I was tired of buying coffee that was hit or miss every time I opened a bag, whether it was from a store shelf or a big online retailer. Here, your coffee is roasted only when you order it.

Where My Journey Really Began

I was 18 years old, fresh out of high school, and I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do — but I knew one thing for sure: I didn’t want to feel stuck, going nowhere, just going through the motions of life.

Everything around me felt predictable and repetitive. It all felt so mundane until I started to travel and see the world. Working for a major airline gave me the escape and adventure I didn’t even know I needed.

But here’s the part most people don’t see: I wasn’t naturally fearless.
I had never flown before taking that job. The idea of getting on a plane terrified me. But I learned to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Even making announcements on the gate speaker scared me. I would step into the jetway just so no one could see me when I spoke. My hands would shake, my voice would crack, and I was full of fear — but I still did it.

And slowly, all of it got easier. What once scared me became something I not only overcame, but actually grew to love.

Traveling, facing my fears, pushing my limits — it all pulled me out of my bubble and showed me how big the world really is. Those years expanded me. They shaped me. They taught me resilience, confidence, and possibility.

Those were some of the best years of my life — the years that made me who I am today.

And right in the middle of those early mornings, long days, gate announcements, and airport rush… was coffee.

Coffee fueled my growth, my curiosity, and my adventures long before I ever imagined it would become a business.


Fast Forward to Today

Today, I’m a working mom of two — with two dogs, one cat, and a home that basically runs like a zoo on most days. Between raising kids, managing a career, keeping everyone fed, and trying to stay sane… life is a lot.

And through all of it, coffee wasn’t optional — it was what helped me push through the day.

But somewhere in the chaos, I felt that same pull I felt at 18.

I wanted something new.
Something that excited me again.
Something that reminded me there’s still room for adventure, discovery, and possibility.

That’s when the idea of starting my own coffee brand resurfaced — this time with purpose.


Why I Created This Brand (The Real Reason)

The deeper I got into coffee over the years, the more one thing bothered me: Most of the coffee available to us is stale.

Whether you’re grabbing a bag off a store shelf or ordering from big online retailers, you still have no idea when the coffee was roasted, how long it’s been sitting around, or how many months have passed since it was actually fresh.

Once coffee sits too long, the flavor fades. The aroma disappears. The oils dry up.

And honestly? I got tired of buying “premium” coffee that tasted flat.

I wanted coffee that wasn’t hit or miss every time I opened a bag. And I figured other people were probably just as tired of the guessing game.
